Vintage Sewing Experience and Afternoon Tea

Join me at Peace Hill Farm for an introductory sewing class and afternoon tea.

This two-session workshop is the perfect experience for someone who is sewing-curious but doesn't want to invest in all the tools before trying it out.  Learn about the sewing machine, practice with the basic functions and make three projects, items for your sewing space--all sewn on a vintage sewing machine!

February 18 and 25, 1-3pm

Re-Introduction to Sewing

The objective of this workshop is to re-aquaint sewing and the sewing machine to sewists who have some experience.  The basic anatomy of the sewing machine will be reviewed, along with some common troubleshooting.

You can either bring your own machine, along with its users manual, or I can provide one for you to use.  You will take away three sewn projects, items to level up your bar and cocktail game, a set of 4 cocktail napkins, a double-old-fashioned cozy, and a 4-bottle tote bag.

Dates TBD
